    nope i have AVG,

Not sure what ur question is on how old my computer is tho but i just bought my motherboard,CPU, and RAM 2 months ago.  My video card is pretty old tho.

Also, could over clocking be a problem? because i remember my brother overclocked it once and it started to restart the computer when im playing a game or make my game all fuzzy and boxed pixel and then restart my comp.  Then my brother brought it down alittle i think and it stopped all that.
But i cant reach him right now, he wont be back in 2 months, so could over clocking be a problem?

It doesn't look like you have overheating problem.

Why are his Temp1 and Temp2 settings both at 127C?  That's more than adequate to boil water.

    Those are 99% fake.
This is what SpeedFan does, if it can't read a sensor, or some sensor is missing.

Okay, so that one is like the misread voltages that keep popping up.

If any doubt, I recommend to use another temperature reading program, like Everest.

idle, its also happening sooner now.  I just go on browsing webs and a simple reading an article for like 7 mins causes it to freeze also.

and now its happening in safe mode.

It said under my CPU speed in the EVEREST program:
CPU FSB 348.49 MHz (orginal: 100MHz, overclock: 249%)
CPU Clock: 2613.61 Mhz (Original: 2600 MHz)
          CPU multiplier : 7.5x

          could that be a problem?

          Yes.
          That would cause overheating...

I have just installed Vistas.  Currently downloading the shooter game to see if it happens again.

Remove the CMOS battery from the MBoard...'bout the size of a Dime...with all power unplugged...
Wait 10 minutes and hit the power switch a few times to remove any built up power,
Replace the battery and power up.
