Getting this message -IEXPLORE.EXE - Application Error

I have a dell using Windows XP service pack2, Updated to IExplorer 8
I have followed the information in the forums and erased all cache, temp files,run CCleaner, Superspyware, Malwarebytes anti-malware, updated java and eliminated old versions, and ran Hijacker. I have all the logs below.The problem is still there. Can someone help?
