"demonic" audio on Dell
« on: May 29, 2005, 02:24:15 PM »
My girlfriends Dell computer is giving her some real grief.
When she attempts to speak via microphone, her audio is reproduced as a low 'demonic' growling noise...the audio signal seems to be running very, very slowly!
She has replaced the 'mike' on several; occasions, and her audio on voice has been OK..but only for a few hours! Then it reverts back to the 'demon' !
Can anyone make any sensible suggestions as to WHAT can be causing this major malfuntion..OR should she send for the priest???
