    how to get my files back

    hi everyone... just recently i loaded some of my files from my computer to my mp5 but suddenly my mp5 got missed up, when i connect it on my pc usb it will open but the folders in my mp5 i cant see them also the folder where all my file are being saved. is there a way i can get my files back?

      2 things could be happening

      1)
      they have been hidein (i doubt it )
      or
      2)
      they were deleted to get them back try using this program

      hi..

      That happens  to me too and according to my friend who check it, you can't retrieve or restore the files you save because of the virus that attacked your software..You need to clean up the mess of the virus first. I think their are software development sites that can help you to understand more in whats happening into your Mp5. Try to search in the Google..

        revo I think that is the name of it, is for recovery that you could try an see if it cant find anything.

            It sound like a virus has attacked your computer.
            Run your virus protection and see what comes up.
            I'm pretty sure that you files are all wiped....you can try and do a complete search.

              My brother has a major trojan that wiped his entire computer last year becuase of a new ipod software.
              We had to get new virus software, and also rebuild his entire computer.
              All data was lost.

              He doesn't mention using Itunes or having issues aside from his device.

              I suspect possibly a driver issue or a problem with the device.

              I would like to know of this trojan that requires a computer to be rebuilt.

              I have reviewed all of your posts on this forum. You list yourself as "Experienced" but all of your posts indicate just the opposite. You seem to detract from the instructional aspect of this forum.  What experience do you actually have, other than watching your brother rebuild his computer?
