Every time I try to open a program except IE a black box pops up for about 2 seconds, then goes away. I managed to read what was in it: "Program too big to fit in memory." Now, I'm pretty sure I have plenty of memory left, and I've also tried to go to add/remove programs but when I click on it a box shows up telling me: .....system32/rundll.exe...parameters incorrect. I've tried sfc /scannow but the same black box pops up.
I would appreciate any help, because every time oneof those *censored* boxes pop up it's like a big middle finger, and it's driving me crazy.
