I got IE7 running on Win2K...
How, if I may ask?

I did hear there were some hacks to get it to work.

IE7 and IE8 do not work on Windows 2000.
Use a different browser like FireFox.

You can go through and make changes into the registry allowing you to get ie7 onto windows 2000, but imo, it's not worth the trouble and besides, that's ie7 was not meant to be working with 2000 anyway.  :P
