Is this a virus?

my computer is messing with me
i think its a virus
when i type sometimes it doesnt let me type at all
sometimes when i type and press a letter it goes into file for no reason
sometimes i scroll down it goes back 1 page
sometimes it tries to delet my shortcuts
for some reason my nm,. buttons dont work sometimes
