My web search assistant is in my add or remove programs! can it be removed?

I know that this my web search stuff is bad (I checked this malware/spyware list and it was on it), but it won't let me remove it. Every time I do it says this:

Error loading the file:

The specified module cannot be located

I believe that this My websearch stuff is the source of some problems I've been having lately. I don't know how or when it got on the computer.

I just need help it getting it off.

Actually, my mistake, its My WAY search assistant. And I've gone through all that my web search stuff before. The person who had my computer before me was a real adware/spyware junkie. Had all kinds of stuff! But they had all of this virtual, second life nonsense as well.

Yeah, it was helpful, to an extent. But I can't uninstall My Way search! And I ran Hijack...but I'm kind of hesitant in deleting anything because nothing on that list (in the link) showed up.

and press serach
do not do anything it says because it can make errors
but post bqack the link it gives at the bottom
it should say something like bbcode link to results
