Hi Good night. I am having this problem with my computer.Lets say windows messenger is signed on but is not mimnimized, and i decide to do so , instead of moving quicklyoff the screen , it slides down slowly on the screen until it is minimized . This also happens with pictures and web pages. Can anyone tell me what causes this and how to solve it? Thanks.
