My brother just got a new laptop & we've been tryin to connect it to the wireless network we already have.
It says its connected but the internet still wont work & it says its an 'unidentified network'..does anybody know how to solve this?
Everything is okay with the router & connection on another computer & my laptop so i know theres no problems there

the laptop is a HP pavilion notebook

Go to Control Panel - Network Connections - Local Area Network

What do you see in terms of available networks?
