need urgent help

I am using Windows XP with service pack 3
When i open internet explorer, it opens with "qseach" as a home page and it neither can change or remove from internet options.
The moment i got the problem i am unable to open my system documents not more than 2 sec.
I have McAfee antivirus, but it got disabled and not allowing me to scan the system even in safe mode.....

advise me what to do to fix the problem and also i want to know what is this "QSEACH"

Maybe if you search on your computer for "qseach" with the SEARCH button in your start menu.
