    lost wireless connection
    « on: October 10, 2009, 06:48:08 AM »
I have lost all wireless connection. I thought this was a problem due to a virus but, I have cleaned my computer over and over, and my logs seem clear yet I continue to get two messages first one that says "Host process for Windows services stopped working and was closed". Then I continously get a message saying "wlang config can not start". I tried to start it and I get an error message, 1067. I have cleaned the registry, but, the problem is still there I'm  not sure what to do. ???
    Any help would be appreciated.

Ok how did you clean the registry? I hope you did not use some random software to do it.
Can you tell us a little more about your system and OS please.

I used CCleaner to clean the registry and my system is a THink Pad with Vista OS.
I was connecting fine a couple weeks ago and all of a sudden it just went out. I posted in the Virus section and they said my logs looked clear and that I should post here. Thanks for any help you could offer.
