mrmusic, since you can't surf the net you will have to look at
this link on another computer. It might help you with your problem. I would suggest that you try the part about going to Control Panel and checking to see if the RPC has started or not. However, I would not advise you to poke around in the registry unless you know exactly what you're doing. If you do, make sure you make a back-up first.
