    VirusDoctor Virus -- Help
    « on: September 05, 2009, 09:38:23 PM »
My computer has been taken over by a pop up called VirusDoctor which shuts down the site I'm on and tell me my computer is infected and I should click to start the clean up.  I am able to minimize the screen and get onto other sites like this one, but I'm afraid things may get worse if I don't remove this virus.  Does an yon know a way to get rid of this particular virus?  I'm not too knowledgeable about computers, so please be as simple in your explanation as possible.  Thank you.

i googled this virus and this is what i found sounds like downloading nortan are malwarebytes and running a complete virus scan will take care of it
you could also intall superantispyware and post these logs here below and an expert can look at them

      Logs needed:
      SuperAntispyware
      Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
      HijackThis
