    Hi, take a look at this screen shot of my bit torrent total transfer speeds... My upload speeds hits it cap almost straight away, my download speed starts to climb, then suddenly they both drop to 0kb/s for a few seconds at regular intervals... Could this be my ISP throttling my connection?

      Nah, scrap that. It's a problem with the wireless connection to my laptop. Just connected via ethernet cable and it's back to normal.
