Customized Notifications list on Start Bar Menu

hi, looking for a little help here
i downloaded Yahoo messenger and I now I have deleted it from everywhere except the Customize Notifications list on the Start Bar menu....
anyone now how i can fix this - is there someway to edit or delete it?
