    Backup question for windows xp

    Hi, my name is Coleen and I have a problem that just started a few days ago. At least once a day there is a msg that says backup is complete. I don't understand why it is suddenly doing this. Help!

    Do you have backup software installed on your PC?
    Did you add an external hard drive to your PC around the same time this message started appearing?

      The only new thing I have added to my computer is a magicjack plugged into one of the usb ports.
