Umm. Google doesn't say that Sulfuric acid has a spelling mistake and wikipedia says they're both acceptable (except maybe on a university chem. test).

Plus sulfuric acid is generally known as I have spelt it but can be known as Sulphuric acid but generally not in the scientific world.

"Sulfer" is the mineral.
