Deleting MSN Messenger should not cause all emails to be rejected, since that is only a chatting application. You may need to contact your ISP to see if they have made any recent changes and just explain the problem you are having. However, before you do that, you should create a new hotmail or MSN email address for yourself and try send send a test email to yourself from outlook express. If that does not work, try going to your ISP's website and send a message from their WebMail portal to that same test MSN/Hotmail account you set up.
