IP based chating

I have 7 computers here in my office.  I have cable net connection.  Every system have its IP address.  I want chat with another systems through IPs.  is there any software? and free software plzzzzzz ;D ???

if you wanted to be fancy about it you could use the netsend command come the command console. e.g.
"netsend 192.168.1.1 this is a message".
However this only works in NT based operating systems (2K, XP,NT)

I hate chatting but when I must, I use trillian.  Free and connects to multiple formats like aim, icq, and msn.
