it mean my computer clean ?

and if it show like this (the right like the left)

EGA80WOA.FON=EGA80WOA.FON
EGA40WOA.FON=EGA40WOA.FON
CGA80WOA.FON=CGA80WOA.FON
CGA40WOA.FON=CGA40WOA.FON

my computer is  infected by trojan or spyware ?
is this true ?

Some sites say the opposite

those entries have nothing to do with malware and cannot be used to identify if you are or are not infected. And in fact they will be different for nearly every type of video adapter. the upper entries are from a specific adapter card/driver. the bottom ones are the generic OEM font assignments. Font assignments mean nothing as far as detecting malware is concerned.

as for infections, follow the link SuperDave posted. There is no magical setting that can be used to reveal an infection... that is why there are detection utilities.
