How can you trust them?

Start by running the Norton Removal tool....FREE.

After it completes check ADD/Remove Programs to make sure it is gone...if still there select Remove.
Re-boot.

Then DLoad Avast Homealso FREE and install it. You need to register it. When you go to DLoad it they will ask for an email address. This is where they will send your registration code. It will run for 30 days before you have to register it so don't worry if you don't do it right away.
Grab the updates and run a complete scan of your system. Let it fix anything it finds.
Re-boot.

For now we'll let those other protection apps as they may not be needed yet.

Now go online and see if the site works...
