"OESpamFilter.dat" stuck in Recycle Bin can't delete or restore it.

I'm not sure where this post goes.

I need some help, I have a Windows Mail file "OESpamFilter.dat" stuck in my Recycle Bin.



I am unable to delete or restore without windows Explorer and my computer freezing.



Another problem is when I run CCleaner It can't finish cleaning because it freezes when it tries to delete OESpamFilter.dat file.

Does anyone know a way of Deleting this file or just restoring it to where it was?

One more Question: This my sound dumb but how do I delete my old posts? I can't find a delete button.

It's an empty file and part of OE...why do you want to delete it ? ?
Not like it's taking up space or anything...

I just got OESpamFilter.dat file restored and i no longer in my Recycle Bin.    I don't know what i did to make it work but it has.  I do not need any help.
