please help with WPN 111 usb wireless adapter

Trying to put together so that old PC will not use dial up, instead now will use this method. I put the download able version of install wizard onto CD-r. Opened CD and unzipped folder and was able to run install but after it asks what region I am and i select U.S. it stops after that. it asks me if i want it in this folder and i accept and that is it....

1.  Old PC.
     a.  Make and model number of PC, if brand name; otherwise make and model number of motherboard.
     b.  USB support level; e.g. USB 1.0, USB 1.1, USB 2.0?

2.  Operating System.  What operating system is the old PC using; e.g. Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition (SE), Windows Millennium Edition (ME)?

3.  Driver.  Where did you get the driver?
