Problem with Win98 Troubleshooting Help
« on: March 20, 2004, 05:58:29 PM »
Can anyone tell me how to fix problems with the Help (from the Start button)? When I try to start a troubleshooter, it asks me what the problem is, and when I try to go to the next screen, it doesn't display anything, it is totally blank. I have tried it with multiple troubleshooters (print, modem, etc) and no troubleshooter works. Any ideas?

Thanks a lot!
