unkown device in system

i have a device that i just noticed that is missing a driver. its call a pcouffin device. what is that? also where can i find drivers for it?

i have win media center, nero showtime, dvdfab 6 adn thats all none have been uninstalled. the system has only been online for like 2 months with win 7 clean install
