My desktop computer is plugged in and everything is hooked up to it. The CPU turns on but the monitor keeps flashing this self test message saying the monitor is working but there must be something wrong with the signal cable. I've unplugged and plugged the signal cable back into the CPU but it still won't work. The self test message keeps coming back.
