Installing Windows XP - Compatability issue or Boot from CD?

Hello,

I just got windows XP sent to me from a mate, (legal) as a ISO image to reburn, As you cant send a CD  ;/

So know how do i install it? I ran it as admin on the comp and when i went to install windows XP it said it has a compatability issue.

Do i need to install it from booting with the CD?
