I have an emachine, I turned it on one day and found that it loaded all the way up to the point where I click the mouse on my picture. Once I try to do this the comp. shows it is loading my settings, but it never does. I have know idea what to do. I have checked everything out in BIOS it is okay. I tried to go through safe mode but can not get it to load. Tried to go back and restore about a week, no luck. Nothing is helping. Please help.
