Ever since we've had Outlook 2003, we've had more than one profile (for different members of the family). Each time we've gone into Outlook, it's prompted us to select the required person's profile before going to the relevant Inbox, etc. However, it's now stopped doing this and goes automatically into one particular profile. I've gone into Control Panel \ Mail and checked that ‘Prompt for a profile to be used’ is selected but still it doesn't prompt. Any ideas what else I need to do to get this to work?
