    Tweaking IE7 to IE8

    How much of an added cost projection(% wise) would there be in tweaking a site that is compatible with IE7 to also being compatible with IE8?

    I don't understand the question...
    Both browsers follow the same guidelines...any site builder is aware of this.

      My employer has compatibility issues with IE 8 on their benefit site and have no plans on upgrading

      Actually, no. IE8 displays things "right", from what I've seen. As long as you add a DOCTYPE to your pages it should work. This is another reason to use web standards technology.

        We really need to see the site to understand WHY it is not working correctly with IE8. This is a computer help forum, not some shady website promising free programs.
