You want to block sites. Without any software. Not gonna happen. Your operating system itself is indeed, a software.

        1.  I'm generally opposed to "censorship"...  Having said that, I'm not sure what your network environment is, what you want to do, and why you want to do it "without any softwares".

        2.  Network Environment:
             a.  Is this a personal home network or a business network?
             b.  Is there a home router or hardware firewall protecting the network from unsolicited internet access?
             c.  Does the network contain more than one computer?
             d.  What operating system(s) do the computers use?

        3.  Block what?
             a.  Are you trying to block communication to/from internet websites?
             b.  For all the computers on your network or just selected computers?
             c.  For all user accounts on the computer or just selected user accounts?
             d.  Just on certain days of the week or every day?
             e.  Twenty-four hours a day or just certain hours of the day?

        4.  What does "without any softwares" mean?
             a.  You don't want to purchase additional software to "block" websites?
             b.  You don't want to install additional software to "block" websites?
             c.  You don't want to edit existing software or settings within the operating system to "block" websites?
             d.  You don't want anyone to know you "block" websites?

You can get a hardware firewall, if you don't want to install blocking software on client PCs connected to a network. You can buy a dedicated hardware device or -- much cheaper -- there are numerous* specialist Linux live CD distros which can turn an old PC with just a cd-ROM or pen drive and 1 or 2 network cards into such a device.

        * IpCop is a well known one, but a web search will find plenty of others.

There is one way to block some content of websites you didn't want to open. You have to configure the Content Advisory of your Internet Browser. Click the link below to help you how to do it.  :)http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/security/contentadv/config.mspx

          Jeez.. it's kinda easy.

          1) Block them on your router
          2) Add them to the HOSTS file

            In Windows XP

            1. Click Start->All Programs->Accessories->Command Prompt.
            2. Click Command Prompt This will open a DOS command window.
            3. Type: notepad C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts
            4. Locate the line 127.0.0.1 localhost
            5. To block the website google.com for example, just add this text under 127.0.0.1 localhost:

            127.0.0.1 google.com
            127.0.0.1 www.google.com

You can add as many sites any site, However you will need to prefix it with "127.0.0.1".

            6. Save the file
Google will now be blocked in all web browser. This is an advanced but easy method on how to blow a website.

            without a third party Software.
