Verify that the floppy disk drive is set to the proper value in your BIOS setup.
Today, most floppy diskette drives should be set up as 3.5 inch, 1.44 MB.
It is important to note that if your computer has a LS120 drive that the computer. The BIOS values may vary from the above. The floppy disk drive needs to be disabled and the LS120 drive be set up as IDE (integrated drive electronics) device.
