What is a safe way to remember my passwords?
Keeping track of all your passwords can be a daunting task. However, there are dozens of different programs (known as password managers) designed to keep track of all your passwords for you securely. We highly recommend KeePass a free, open source, and lite password manager that is easy to use. Visit http://keepass.info/ to download this program.
If you want an online tool that you can sync between multiple devices including your phone, tablet, and different computers, we highly recommend Dashlane. Dashlane makes it extremely easy to manage your passwords and warns about both unsecure and shared passwords. It also autofills your form fields. Dashlane can downloaded from http://www.dashlane.com/ as well as Google Play and the Apple Apps store.
Using programs such as KeePass or Dashlane encrypts your password data and is a much better solution than an unencrypted text document, or worse, on a Post-It note stuck to your monitor.
