How to use the Ctrl+Esc

To use the keyboard shortcut combination Ctrl+Esc, press and hold the Ctrl key on the keyboard and while continuing to hold, press Esc.

Ctrl+Esc in Raspbian

In Raspbian, pressing Ctrl+Esc opens the system menu.

Ctrl+Esc in Windows

In all versions of Windows since Windows 95, the Ctrl+Esc keyboard shortcut opens the Windows Start menu. In Windows 3.1 pressing this keyboard shortcut would open the task list.
