DDO may refer to any of the following:

1. Short for dynamic drive overlay, DDO is a TSR (terminate-and-stay-resident) that loads onto sector two of a hard drive. Used with computers that do not support LBA (large block addressing) mode, DDO allows a computer to recognize and support drives larger than 520 MB.

2. Short for Dungeons & Dragons Online, DDO is an online card game based on DND (Dungeons and Dragons).
