DMI

DMI may refer to any of the following:

1. Short for desktop management interface, DMI is a framework that enables software to collect information about computer environments across multiple machines in a network. The DMI API (application programming interface) is defined by the DMTF (Distributed Management Task Force), a consortium of hardware manufacturers led by Intel. DMI Systems that comply with DMI 2.0 are sometimes called "managed PCs."

2. Also, DMI is chat slang for "don't mention it."
