Developed by iMobie, DroidKit is a software package that lets you troubleshoot problems with an Android device by connecting it to a computer. It contains various tools to solve some issues on Android smartphones and tablets. The tools can recover lost data, fix software issues, and delete unnecessary files to free up storage space. DroidKit is compatible with Windows and macOS computers and phones from many major manufacturers, including Google and Samsung.

DroidKit offers a limited free version to try the software. The entire toolkit available with a yearly subscription plan. Each of the individual features listed below can also be purchased and used separately.

What tools does DroidKit offer?

  • Data Extractor - Collects user data from messaging apps, VCF (virtual contact file) files from stored contacts, and device backups.
  • Data Recovery - Attempts to recover lost or deleted files on the device.
  • FRP Bypass - Removes the Factory Reset Protection feature on Samsung One UI (user interface), which prevents anyone from making changes after an unauthorized factory reset.
  • Screen Unlocker - Disables passwords, pins, patterns, and biometric security features on locked phones. Because Android deletes all the device's data to protect user privacy, this tool is a last resort.
  • System Cleaner - Locates and deletes temporary files and cached data to free up storage space on the device.
  • System Fix - Attempts to fix known problems with Samsung smartphones.
  • System Reinstall - A hub for installing and upgrading Android to any supported version.
