Examples of fab companies include AMD, Analog Devices, Freescale, Hitachi, Intel, Micron, Mitsumi, NEC, NXP, Philips, Qualcomm, Renesas, Samsung, Sony, Texas Instruments, Toshiba, and TSMC.
