Godwin's Law is a law created by Mike Godwin in 1990 that states: As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1. While difficult to prove scientifically, anecdotal evidence (unfortunately) seems to support the law's validity.
