Google Shopping

Introduced to the public in December 2002, Google Shopping is an e-commerce service that allows users to view listings of the same product on several retail websites simultaneously. After comparing new and used prices, users can click an external link to the product on each seller's website. Users can also track packages, add items to a list, and browse promotions from featured stores.

Google Shopping was initially launched under the name Froogle and was later changed to Google Product Search and again to Google Products. Features from the discontinued Google Express website, such as a "Google Guarantee" from partnered brands, were added to Google Shopping in 2019.

Google Shopping is accessed by searching for a product name on Google's search engine and clicking the Shopping tab, or by visiting the official website linked below.
