Lotus may refer to any of the following:
1. When referring to the computer company, Lotus was founded in 1982 by Mitch Kapor and Jonathan Sachs. Lotus, which is now a part of IBM, is the developer of such programs as Lotus Notes, Lotus 1-2-3, Lotus Domino and other software programs.
2. When referring to software, today, the term Lotus commonly refers to Lotus Notes or Lotus Domino.
