Measure

Measure may refer to any of the following:

1. In general, measure is a standard unit that expresses the size, amount, or degree of something. See our measurement page for further information about computer measurements.

2. Measure is the name of an iOS application developed by Apple. It was introduced as part of the iOS 12 update in 2018. The Measure app uses AR (augmented reality) to find the dimensions of objects around you with the camera.

Using the Measure app

1. Launch the application from the home screen by tapping the icon.
2. Once the camera opens up, move the device until the cursor hovers over the desired starting point.
3. Select the first point by tapping the + button.
4. Move the device until the cursor hovers over the desired endpoint.
5. Tap the button again to finish the line.
6. To find a perimeter by adding more lines, repeat steps 2-5 with each side.
