Meatballs menu

The meatballs menu (⋯), also known as the three horizontal dots menu, is an icon used to open a menu with additional options. The icon is often located at the top-right or top-left of the screen or window.
Tip
The meatballs menu is three horizontal dots and should not be confused with the kebab menu, which is three vertical dots (⋮).
Is there a keyboard shortcut for the meatballs menu?
Unfortunately, there is no universal keyboard shortcut for the meatballs menu. However, many computer programs allow you to press the Alt key to show the file menu.
Tip
In Microsoft Edge, the meatballs menu ("Settings and More") can be accessed by pressing the Alt+F keyboard shortcut.
