1. Short for NonDestructive Readout, NDR or NDRO is a function that prevents any data previously read from being erased from its source. For example, a computer processor does not destroy data after it has been read.

2. Short for Network Data Representation, NDR is the DCE method used to transform data to be read by a different CPU.

3. Short for Non-active, Dormant, to be Removed, NDR is a database and document abbreviation for a file, record, or other data that needs to be removed because it is no longer being used.
