Released in 2017, the Nintendo Switch is a popular console and hand-held video game device sold by Nintendo. It is a small portable screen with removable controllers called Joy-Cons on each side. The center system unit can be placed into a dock and connected to a monitor or television. This feature allows it to be used as a gaming console.
The Nintendo Switch is the successor to Nintendo's previous gaming systems, the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo Wii U console.
