Pentium Pro

Code-named P6, the Intel Pentium Pro was the first Intel processor that utilized the i686 architecture and was released by Intel in November 1995. It contained 5.5 million transistors, had available clock speeds of 150 MHz to 200 MHz, and was the first processor to be packaged with a second die containing L2 cache.
