Photolithography

Updated: 11/13/2018 by Computer Hope

A type of printing that develops a photomask that generates a printed image or sketch on another surface. For example, photolithography is a process used to create circuit boards and integrated circuits. Light is shined through a photomask onto a light-sensitive surface. This action causes the surface to react and generate a layout of the printed image on it.
