Photoshop Colored Pencil

Colored Pencil or Photoshop Colored Pencil simulates a colored pencil drawing using parameters for pencil width, stroke pressure, and paper brightness. The active background color is used to draw lines.

Colored Pencil works on 8 Bit, RGB (red, green, and blue), grayscale, and Multichannel images, and Smart Objects. This filter is part of the Filter Gallery, launches another window with options, and uses the currently active foreground/background colors.

Colored Pencil is part of Adobe Photoshop's Extended Filters.
