Adobe Photoshop

Tilt-Shift or Photoshop Tilt-Shift creates a top line of blur, line of sharpness, and bottom line of blur. The area defining the focus can be adjusted by dragging the solid lines. The transition to blur can be adjusted by dragging the dotted lines. The angle of the line can be changed using the round handles on the solid lines. The blur amount can be changed using the slider control or the radial control at the pin. The blur can also be distorted vertically or horizontally. There is an option for symmetric distortion perpendicular to the line of sharpness. Multiple effects can be added by dropping another pin on the image and adjusting its parameters.

The Blur Gallery Effects tab allows the addition of Bokeh light, color, and light range.

The Blur Gallery Noise tab has Gaussian, uniform, or grain options, along with amount, size, roughness, color, and highlights.

Tilt-Shift works on 8 Bit, 16 Bit, 32 Bit, RGB (red, green, and blue), grayscale, and CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, and key) images, and Smart Objects. This filter launches another window with options.

Tilt-Shift is part of Adobe Photoshop's Extended Filters.
